AT KS Healthfit our mission is to build community through movement. We embrace diversity and body-positivity, with classes catering to all ages and abilities.
KS Healthfit founders and head trainers, Kym & Sue share decades of experience with a wealth of knowledge across all things fitness and health. Working together previously, Kym & Sue soon realised they share the same passion's as fitness trainers; To ensure members live their best life, become functionally strong and feel supported on the journey!
Based in the coastal city of Bunbury, Western Australia, KS Healthfit are your go-to for Group Fitness, Personal Training, Exercise Physiology, Age Well Seniors Fitness & Able Fitness Classes.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
Our Small Group Fitness training focuses on technique and correct movement. With intentional small class sizes we deliver individualised attention for all members, helping you gain confidence and reach your goals sooner. With a mixture of favourites on offer, including; Step Fitness, Barre Glo, Circuits, Mat Pilates & more.
We ensure surprises every week, keeping our classes different and fresh!

PERSONAL TRAINING (PT)
Our personal training sessions focus on individualised programs tailored specifically to you, with check in’s to keep track your progress! Our sessions are run in a small gym environment where you can train one on one or with a friend in a pairs training session.
We also offer Reformer Personal Training!

LIVE STRONG
Live Strong – Coming in 2026
A supervised gym training session with a qualified personal trainer. This package runs for 10 weeks including full mobility and strength testing, an individualised gym program and 45-minute supervised gym training.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY (EP)
An accredited exercise physiologist is a highly trained, university qualified allied health professional who designs and delivers personalised exercise and lifestyle programs to people living with chronic conditions or disabilities.
Sue, our accredited exercise physiologist can assist with exercise based clinical intervention, used to help you move and feel better.

AGE STRONG

AGE WELL FITNESS
Our Age Well Fitness classes are for those over 50 and run in a relaxed and social small gym environment. With a focus on balance and core strength to encourage members to feel comfortable, reduce aches and pains, to move well in everyday life.

ABLE FITNESS
Our Able Fitness classes are for people with a disability and their support workers. We offer tailored options enabling all members to move well in a fun encouraging and non judgemental environment.

NATUROPATHY
Naturopathic medicine is a system that uses natural remedies to help the body heal itself. It embraces many therapies, including herbs, nutrient supplementation, diet and lifestyle changes, exercise, and nutritional counseling.
